Latest news - Rallycross National Round 1 - 13th april !!

To register on the club website..
Basically, we have introduced a new website format which is SO easy to administer/update (check out the website details tab for a full list of functionality about the site).
But the main advantage is event registration at Herts Nitro Model Club WILL BE handled via the website!!
So you will need to record your personal, car and frequency details BEFORE you can register for a race, as a result you need to register for the site in preparation for the Summer Series Round 1, so ensure that the email address you provide is valid and working. Any current club member that does not have internet access or a working email address should contact a committee member..

To register on the club forum..
which is free, you will need to specify a username and password, and a valid email address. YOU MUST PUT YOUR REAL NAME IN YOUR PROFILE SIGNATURE. Entering your email address will not leave you open to 'spam', as you can choose to hide your email address, and messages sent to you via email do not reveal your address to the sender in any case. (To verify this, you can try sending an email message to another user.) The administrator may have configured the forum to send you the final part of the registration process by email, so ensure that the email address you provide is valid and working.

Winter series
Dates have now been agreed for 2007/8 Panther Winter series, with prizes from Horizon Hobby UK. There will be 5 rounds in total with best 4 to count.

This will be a controlled tyre for Rallycross with three Panther compounds to choose from. It will be an open tyre choice for Truggies, however, if truggies run Panther Bao ; Gator or Meat Grinder in both qualifying and finals, they will be eligible for extra prizes.

Please go to the Hert Nitro website to book in for round 1 of the summer series - this will be the last chance to try the track before the Truggy nationals on 4/5 May
